Hannah Eboagu is the face behind Equipped Wellness. She’s a dedicated and licensed dietitian with a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Sciences from Baylor University. She has conducted research at UTSW and Parkland Hospital to better understand “Nutrition status and interventions are vital for improving the health of the mother and infant during all stages of pregnancy”. She is also a certified weightlifting coach and holds the Southern Region Powerlifting Record.
Hannah’s nutrition philosophy is to “equip and adapt”. She not only wants for her clients to be equipped while working with her but she wants to make sure that every step of the way the plan is being adapted to each individual client's needs. She was able to put this to use when she battled with her own weight loss journey!
Beyond her professional life, Hannah finds joy in sports, weight training, and spicy foods. Her life motto is simple yet profound: “I’m just trying to make a small impact in people’s really BIG lives!” She is deeply committed to making a meaningful impact on people’s lives through her passion for nutrition and wellness. With a heart full of empathy and a desire to create positive change, Hannah’s work and dedication make her a trusted ally in the pursuit of holistic health and well-being.
